8x6 Skirmish Tray for 40x40mm bases

My miniatures fit into the cutouts perfectly with exactly the 1/2" spacing described, and the tray holds a full unit without any wobble. The MDF feels sturdy enough for regular game nights, and the lower base keeps everything aligned during play.

I had to double-check the 1/4" trim against my models before assembly, but once I did, everything clicked together perfectly. The MDF frame is sturdy enough that my unit stays aligned during transport without any wobble.

The laser-cut slots are perfectly spaced, so my 40mm bases click in securely without any wobble. I picked the taller frame option to match my raised scenic bases, and the whole tray feels sturdy enough for aggressive tabletop play.
