8x2 Skirmish Tray for 25x25mm bases

The cutouts are spaced just right for my heavy infantry, and the frame height matches my bases perfectly so the tray looks like part of the unit. Assembly took a few minutes with wood glue, but the pieces fit snugly and the trim keeps everything stable on the table.

Finished gluing up two of these for my Frostgrave warband and the 12.7mm spacing between cutouts is perfect—models sit snug without any fiddly adjustments. The upper frame and lower base mate cleanly, so no warping even after a few games in the bag. Definitely ordering more for my other units.

The 1/4" trim keeps the whole thing rigid enough that I don’t worry about the tray bending when I pick it up mid-game, and the 12.7mm spacing between cutouts feels just right for quick unit shuffles. It’s the first tray I’ve owned that doesn’t make me second-guess whether my bases will pop out when
