7x1 Skirmish Tray for 40x40mm bases

The MDF frame slides perfectly onto the base, and the 1/2 inch spacing between each 40mm cutout keeps my minis from bumping into each other during transport. Feels sturdy enough for tournament play.

I’ve been using this tray to move my 40mm skirmish troops around, and the 1/2 inch spacing between cutouts keeps each base perfectly aligned without any accidental shifting. The 1/4 inch trim is just enough to stop them from sliding off the edges during a fast advance. The frame feels sturdy enough

The cutouts are exactly 12.7mm apart, so my 40mm bases fit snugly without any wobble. I appreciate that you can pick the frame height to match different base thicknesses—it’s a small detail that makes assembly much cleaner.
