6x5 Skirmish Tray for 40x40mm bases

The spacing between the cutouts is generous enough that even my clunky fingers can easily grab each model without bumping the unit next to it. I chose the higher frame for my 40mm bases and they slot in perfectly snug, no wobble at all. This tray keeps my skirmish units organized and ready to deploy

The cutouts are machined with a clean, tight tolerance, so my 40mm bases sit flush without any wobble or scraping. The separate MDF frame and base pieces went together in about a minute with wood glue, and the 1/4" trim feels sturdy enough for tournament handling.

The 1/2 inch spacing between cutouts keeps my 40mm bases evenly aligned without any fiddling. Assembly was straightforward and the MDF feels sturdy enough for regular game use.
