6x1 Movement Tray for 40x40mm bases

Finally got my heavy infantry based up—the 1/4 inch frame is sturdy enough that a full unit of 40mm bases doesn't flex at all during transport. The two-piece MDF design makes it easy to swap out damaged minis without regluing everything.

Took a gamble on the MDF construction and it paid off—the upper frame and lower base fit together tightly, no wobble when I move the unit across the table. The 1/4" border on each side gives my 40mm boys a clean, snug home that doesn't flex under weight.

Bases snap in without any wobble, and the MDF frame and base glue together cleanly. I picked the taller frame option and my 40mm units sit flush, no gaps between the ranks.
