5x5 Skirmish Tray for 40x40mm bases

The spacing between each base cutout is perfect for keeping my units organized without being too cramped. The frame height I chose clicked right into the base with no wobble at all.

Finally got my unit properly organized for the game. The 1/2 inch spacing between each cutout is just right, and the MDF frame feels sturdy enough to hold the 40mm bases securely during movement.

The frame and base fit together snugly with no wobble, and the 1/4" trim keeps minis from sliding off even when I nudge the tray mid-game. I picked the lower frame height, and it matches my 40mm bases perfectly—just wish the cutouts were a touch tighter for some lighter models.
