1x1 Skirmish Tray for 20x20mm bases

Finally got my skirmish tray assembled and the 1/2" spacing between cutouts is perfect for keeping my 20mm bases organized without being too cramped. The frame height I chose gives those models just enough cover to stay put during transport.

The MDF pieces fit together cleanly with no rough edges, and the 6.35mm trim makes it easy to grip the tray during a game. I chose the taller frame option and my 20x20mm bases lock in firmly but aren’t a pain to remove.

I was worried the frame might be too shallow for my thicker bases, but the adjustable height option solved that perfectly. The 1/4" trim keeps everything snug without any wobble during play.
