13x12 Movement Tray for 20x20mm bases

The frame height options made a big difference since my minis stand taller than expected—went with the taller frame and the 1/4" border fits the 20mm bases snugly. Base surface is smooth, but I had to sand the MDF edges slightly.

The 1/4 inch frame per side gives my ranked units just enough of a lip to look properly organized without hiding any of the base detail. Assembly took a few minutes but the MDF layers glued up perfectly flat, and the tray holds all 156 minis rock-steady during movement.

The 1/4" frame border is just right—tall enough to keep my skeletons snug without blocking line of sight. The MDF upper and lower pieces fit together cleanly with no wobble, and it holds all 13x12 bases perfectly. My horde finally moves as one unit instead of a frustrating jumble.
