Finally got this tray assembled and it's rock solid—the MDF upper frame and lower base fit together so snugly that there's no wobble at all. My 25mm boys sit nicely in their rows, and the 1/4 inch border means nothing's going to slide off mid-game.

The magnet holes lined up perfectly with my army's pre-installed magnets, which was a huge relief. The frame fits snugly without any wobble, and the 11x3 layout is great for moving larger units efficiently.

I was worried the MDF might feel flimsy, but the 1/4" upper frame and base make it surprisingly sturdy for wargaming bases. My 25mm squares fit perfectly without any wobble during movement.
