Finally, a movement tray that actually fits standard 20x20mm bases without any wiggle room. The MDF construction is sturdy enough to toss in my game bag without worrying about it warping.

The 1/4" border on this tray is exactly what I needed for my 20mm infantry blocks—everything sits flush with no wobble. Took me less than five minutes to glue the upper frame to the base, and the MDF pieces were cut cleanly with zero warping.

The MDF fits together cleanly with no loose corners, and the 6.35mm border gives just enough lip to hold my 20mm infantry firmly during movement. I've already ordered two more for my skirmish units.
