Took a chance on this for a tournament and the 2mm MDF frame feels really sturdy compared to the flimsy plastic ones I've used before. The 10 slots fit my 25mm bases perfectly with just a tiny bit of wiggle room.

The 1/4" border on the upper frame is exactly right—snug enough that my minis don't wiggle during a charge, but not so tight they're a pain to pop out. Took about two minutes to glue the base to the frame, and it's held up through a dozen games so far.

The 1/4" border sits flush with the bases, so my rank-and-file units stay snug without any wobble during a game. Took me about ten minutes to glue the frame to the base, and the MDF cut is clean with no splintering. This tray is exactly what I needed for moving my 25mm infantry blocks.
