I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the MDF construction feels—the 1/4-inch frame gives it a nice solid weight. My 50mm bases slot in without any wobble, and the tray stacks neatly for storage.

Fits my 50mm bases like a glove, and the MDF upper frame plus lower base sandwich feels rock solid once assembled. I've already magnetized three of these for my army and they hold up great on the table.

The 1/4-inch frame is just the right height to hold the 50mm bases snugly without them rattling around, and the MDF feels sturdy enough for repeated games. Assembly was quick, and the tray sits flat on the table with no wobble during movement.
